Zoom: Morden College, its origins and development told by Elizabeth Wiggans the retired librarian of the College. She has many illustrations from the College’s archives to enrich this interesting talk.

This fine building and institution is one of the hidden jewels of our local area. The Georgian building and many associated properties in Blackheath and beyond owe their existance to the enterprising merchant Sir John Morden.

Elizabeth worked for the College for many years and will cover the fascinating history and the present work in the community that the College undertakes. There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of the zoom.
