Join Society Members on this winter walk led by Howard Shields. We will meet at the church porch of St Mary’s Ladywell and follow the River Ravensbourne initially. We will then cross Blyth meadows, go via Honor Oak, One Tree Hill and down to Hilly Fields. About 5 miles in total passing great views, an interesting cemetery and good cafes.

We will not be going far from Lewisham and Blackheath, there will be points you can leave the walk before the end, if necessary.

As the title of the walk suggests there are some ups and downs, but a hard surface not mud.
