Travelling tip: Farringdon station on the Thameslink from London Bridge makes it an easy journey. Charterhouse is a short walk from there, along Cowcross Street and then, left into Charterhouse Street to Charterhouse Square.

Charterhouse does not have a cafe, but if you would like to meet up for a coffee before going onto the tour, Liz Wright, Committee member, will be at Paul’s cafe, Cowcross Street, from 10.15.
