Thursday, 9th July :  Walk & Talk: Connoisseurs Guided Tour of Turner’s House, Sandycombe Lodge at Isleworth, Twickenham.

Out of town villa built by J W Turner and John Soane recently restored.  Here Turner turned architect but also had a boat and often painted the river. We will be taken on a private hour and half tour.

Meet at 10.20 am at Sandycombe Lodge, TW1 2LR. Tickets £12 (price includes administration), from www.eventbrite.com once it is confirmed.. Places are limited.

Travelling tip: Trains go from Waterloo every 15 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to St. Margaret’s the nearest station.  (I shall be catching the 9.33, I hope you can join me).
