Walk & Talk: High Courts of Justice

Our previous walk was so popular that Society Member John Causer has kindly offered to re run his guided tour of the High Court of Justice for Blackheath Society Members. This includes the Grand Hall, courts corridors, Bear Garden, and a costume display. He has various anecdotes about judges and lawyers. Dogs are not allowed in the High Court and there is airport-style security (cameras are OK, but do not bring bottles of water). Donations of £5 to the Society on joining the walk.

We are meeting at 10.15 at Pret-a-Manger, opposite the Law Courts. It is an old Nat West Bank and looks it. The walk finishes at about 1 o’clock when we plan to have lunch at The Cheshire Cheese in Fleet Street.

Numbers for the walk are limited. Please book your place through eventbrite.com.

If you are planning on joining us for lunch please let the Blackheath Society Office know as soon as possible, so that we can make the reservations.
